Financial Associate

 Position Overview:

 Join our team as an Associate at Generational Prosperity Financial Services and play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors and senior team members. As an Associate, you'll assist in client servicing, administrative tasks, and research activities, contributing to the delivery of exceptional financial services to our clients. 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support to financial advisors and senior team members in client servicing and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, financial plans, and investment reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with maintaining client records, updating databases, and managing confidential information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service delivery.


 

Qualifications:

  • - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus). 
  • Previous experience in a financial services or related industry is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Life Insurance Sales Agent - 100% Commission

 Position Overview:

As a 100% Commission Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients. This role operates on a commission-only basis, where your income is entirely dependent on your sales performance. You will identify potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer life insurance solutions that provide financial security and peace of mind. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

   - Independently identify and pursue potential clients through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. 

   - Maintain a database of leads and actively follow up to schedule appointments. 

2. Client Needs Assessment: 

   - Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to understand their financial goals, family situations, and insurance requirements. 

   - Analyze client information to recommend suitable life insurance products and coverage levels. 

3. Product Knowledge:

   - Stay well-informed about different life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, universal life, and other relevant products. 

   - Articulate policy features, benefits, premiums, and any exclusions clearly to clients. 

4. Sales Presentations:

   - Create compelling and persuasive sales presentations to educate clients about the importance of life insurance and the specific solutions you offer. 

   - Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client needs and budget. 

5. Quote Generation:

   - Utilize insurance software and tools to generate accurate quotes for clients. 

   - Provide clients with detailed information about policy costs and benefits. 

6. Closing Deals:

   - Work diligently to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. 

   - Address and overcome objections and concerns professionally and effectively. 

7. Client Relationship Management:

   - Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. 

   - Offer ongoing support and assistance with policy adjustments, claims processing, and policy renewals. 

8. Compliance and Documentation:

   - Ensure that all sales and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. 

   - Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation. 

9. Market Research:

   - Stay current on industry trends, new life insurance products, and changes in regulations that may affect your clients. 


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus). 

- Active state-issued life insurance license. 

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in life insurance or a related field. 

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

- In-depth knowledge of life insurance policies, terms, and regulations. 

- Proficient in using computer software and CRM tools. 

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. 

- Ethical and honest approach to sales. 

- Strong networking and prospecting skills. 


Compensation:

- Compensation for this role is entirely commission-based
